Every project is different and so is every package. Each of my services are designed to reflect the natural flow in which creative work unfolds. Each package can be customised to suit your project and budget, whether it is a full project documentation or you after new headshots! Together, we’ll shape a collaborative approach that brings your vision to life.

  • A focused documentation session capturing your work in one sitting.

    Ideal for: Studio work, intimate venues, headshots for individuals or your cast/crew, promotional, one-off documentation needs.

    Includes:

    • 1.5 hour on location

    • Photography or videography

    • Collabratory creative direction

    • Professionally edited high-resolution files

    • Online delivery gallery

    From: $300 (photo) / $400 (video)

  • A two-stage package capturing both process and final outcome.

    Ideal for: Establishing artists, dance, theatre and movement-based work, funding acquittals and archives.

    Includes:

    • 2-hour rehearsal or process shoot (Day 1)

    • Performance documentation (Day 2)

    • Photography or videography

    • Professionally edited high-resolution files

    • Online delivery gallery

  • Comprehensive photography and videography documentation cross multiple stages of a project.

    Ideal for: Exhibitions, residencies, funded, multi-week projects and public outcomes.

    • Multiple sessions across the project timeline

    • Process and final outcome coverage including audience reviews

    • Both Photo and Video with no extra cost

    • Curated image sets and/or edited film

    • Usage suitable for grants, promotion, and archiving

    • Portrait photography and filmed interview/s

Your final product is delivered in line with what we’ve discussed, with space to adjust and refine the final look. There’s flexibility in shaping the outcome so it feels true to your work and how you want it to be seen.

Is the editing fee included in the packages?

Yes! My service fee in all my packages includes professional editing and delivery of final files, ready for presentation, promotion, archiving, or submission. Extended edits or add-ons can be discussed even after final delivery.

Is the studio or rehearsal space hire included?

No. Studio or rehearsal space hire is not included in service fees. If a studio is required, this will be discussed during planning and quoted separately, or arranged directly by the client.

Do you travel for projects?

Yes. I’m available for projects outside of Melbourne. Travel costs are not included in package fees and will be quoted separately based on location and requirements.

Can packages be customised?

Absolutely. Packages can be adapted, expanded, or simplified to suit your needs. If you only need editing, additional coverage, or support at a specific stage of your project, we can shape the service around that.

Do you work with funded projects?

Yes. Documentation can be tailored to meet funding and institutional requirements, including clear records of process, outcomes, and final presentation.

Can I purchase add-ons after final delivery?

Yes. Additional edits, extended cuts, or extra deliverables can be requested after final delivery. Availability and pricing will be discussed based on your vision.
